Announced today...Cadence has won three Silver Georgie Awards and will be going for Gold in those categories at the Gala event being held in February 2015!

Once again, we are pleased to be sharing this entry with quality builder, TS Williams Construction. Congratulations to all the Silver finalists!

  • Best Single-Family Kitchen over $100,000 – New

  • Best Outdoor Living Space – New or Renovated

Cadence won the Gold CARE award for Best Single Family Detached Home over $1,000,000!
